Gift Draw is a free web application that helps groups organise gift exchanges: Secret Santa draws, wish lists, and similar events. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Your account

• You must be 13 years of age or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Post or share content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service.

The Gift Draw name, logo, and original content are owned by us. Content you create (group names, wish list items, and similar data) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and display it in order to provide the service.

Gift Draw is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the site.
